1. Decluttering
Less is more. A clean home is basically a functional home—a home where everything in it has a place and a purpose. A functional home only has items that make your life better and easier. Take an item in your home and ask yourself, "Does this item make my life better or easier?" If not, then sell it, donate it, or throw it away. Take the time to tidy up your closets, garage, or even the kitchen, and get rid of items that are no longer useful in your life. Your home will naturally become cleaner and more functional. And, it will feel expensive because everything you now own has a purpose. The fewer items you have in your home, the more time you will save cleaning your house and furniture.

2. Get Organized (And Organizers)
A well-organized home will look more expensive than one that isn't. Closets aren't overflowing with items. Pantries are arranged and well-organized. Closets and drawers have a purpose. Everything has a purpose and its own place. And there's no trash lying around or hidden away. If you want your home to look expensive without spending money on expensive home décor, get organizers for everything. For example, baskets or organizer boxes are powerful and appropriate organizer tools for arranging your belongings. These organizers can be used on office desks to keep your desk tidy, kitchen organizers to store food cans, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans more efficiently, bathroom organizers to store toiletries, and drawer organizers to maximize your clothing storage space. Using an organizer system, such as a closet system with shelves for clothes, bags, and shoes, will make the home look better, more organized, and tidier.

3. Keep Dishes Out of the Sink
A quick and easy way to make your home look cleaner and more classy is to keep dishes out of the sink. Make it a habit to always wash your eating utensils or put them directly into the dishwasher after a meal rather than letting them pile up in the sink.

4. No Shoe Inside
If you want to make your home look expensive and keep it that way for years, then you need a "no shoes inside" rule. Yes, some people may find this burdensome, but it's not if you really think about it. No shoes inside means no dirt tracks around your home. That means less mopping for you, and your home stays clean. Imagine a design and interior magazine. Do you imagine shoes all over the floor? No! Shoes are hidden away or placed on a shoe rack. That's why you should have a quality shoe rack, especially one that looks sophisticated and matches your home décor.

5. Get a Cordless Vacuum
When cleaning takes too much effort, it becomes a burden. For example, sometimes using a vacuum cleaner can't clean into the corners of a room, leaving dust behind because the vacuum cleaner's size can't reach the corners of the room and has to be disassembled to a smaller size to be able to clean the dust in the corners of the room. Therefore, get a practical vacuum cleaner that can also clean into the corners of the room. This way, the activity of cleaning the house is faster, more effective, and more efficient.

6. Have a Coffee Maker
Having a coffee maker at home is a dream for some people. Besides that, having a coffee machine makes your home look expensive. Especially if it is stored in your clean kitchen, it will definitely save you money in the long run, because making coffee at home will save a lot of money compared to having to go to a coffee shop every day.

7. Buy Functional Products
It is very important to have functional products to carry out daily activities. Before you buy something, ask yourself, "Will this make my life better?" If not, don't spend money on it. For example, would your life be easier if you had a coat rack? If so, then buy a coat rack. But if you don't have many coats or you already have a special closet for coats, it means you don't need a coat rack anymore. When you shop, remember, in an expensive-looking home, everything has a purpose and a place. If what you want to buy does not have a purpose or does not make your life more functional, then there is no need to buy it.
